Same lady who helped us gives us a new room and stated, ' Hope this room is clean if not come back downstairs' We go to the 2nd room and same thing its dirty. Bellhop takes pictures puts luggage back on cart and we go back downstairs for new room.

I get checked in nothing was explained, (nothing about Wi-Fi or that they don't clean the rooms)īellhop helps us to the room, we get to the room it is footprints on the bedspread, stuff all over the floor and countertops in bathroom dirty.
